Pick up or have your goods delivered

At Checkout you can elect whether to have your goods delivered via the Australia Post eParcel network (see below) or to come into the State Basketball Centre and collect your ordered goods. If you elect to pick up your goods we will contact you via the contact details you supply to us. Please wait for confirmation that the items you have ordered are ready for collection. Our office hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday AEST.

Price Match Policy

Prior to purchase from us, you may request that we match the price of a competitor's advertised product, providing that the following terms and conditions apply:

  1. You must contact us prior to purchasing the item from us.
  2. Item must be in stock in our store at time of purchase.
  3. The Competitor must have an online or retail store located in Australia.
  4. Price comparisons must include all delivery charges and bonus offers, if applicable.
  5. Product must be identical (e.g. same brand/model/colour).
  6. Price comparison will always be in Australian dollars (AUD$).
  7. Confirmation of competitor's advertised price will be required. For example; catalogue, newspaper advertisement, a recognised online store that has an Australian domain name.
  8. Competitor’s item must be in stock (not available on back order).
  9. No bulk purchase will be allowed retail quantities only.
  10. The price match must not be below our cost price.

Delivery Policy

It is our policy to have as many of our products as possible available for delivery within 2 weeks (10 working days) of the purchase date. To achieve this we aim to dispatch all orders within the same week they are recieved. We will try to send your order as soon as is practicable. If this means a significant delay, we will contact you to inform you of your order’s status, and aim to give an estimated dispatch date. All delivery times refer to normal business days (Monday to Friday).

We use the Australia Post eParcel service enabling us to track the location of your parcel as it travels through the Australia Post network. If you are concerned about the delivery of your items please be in contact with us quoting your order number.

*We can only deliver to Australian addresses.

We accept payment via PayPal Express Checkout, your PayPal Account or Direct Bank Deposit.
